This page explains what personal information is collected by the Regular 🅱️ attendance tracker, why it is collected, and how to have it removed.

Regular 🅱️ is a private application used among a small group of friends to track attendance at our regular meet-ups. It is not a commercial service.

Why we collect it

The legal basis for processing this data is consent, given verbally by each member when they joined the group and made their first check-in. This consent remains valid for as long as the member is part of the fencing group. Data is used only for the purpose of running the attendance leaderboard, displaying statistics, and preventing cheating.

Who can see your data

Your data is not shared with anyone outside the group, sold, or used for advertising.

How long we keep it

Data is retained for as long as you remain part of the fencing group. Photos and check-in records older than 12 months may be archived or deleted at the administrator's discretion.

Security

The app uses HTTPS encryption for all traffic. Access to the app is protected by a shared directory password. Photos and database records are stored on the hosting provider's servers and are not publicly accessible.

However — no online service can guarantee 100% security. By using this app you accept that no system is completely free of risk.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. For substantial changes, members will be notified directly.
